About us

ZEITGEIST FILMPRODUKTION was founded in 2020 by Markus Kaatsch, Michael Grudsky and Nina Poschinski as a further development of their companies about:film and Kader Filmproduktion in Berlin. In 2023, a second location was added in Frankfurt am Main.

ZEITGEIST produces high-quality cinema, TV and series formats across all genres. ZEITGEIST’s portfolio includes established writers and directors as well as the production of debut projects.

ZEITGEIST is a member of the Produktionsallianz: Alliance of German Producers – Film & Television. Markus Kaatsch is a member of the German Film Academy and the German Academy for Television.
